Drum winders “DOUBLE”
Cable winding machine for small drums. This machine has been designed to have an item able to unwind and wind two drums simultaneously and reduce measuring time in order to save energies and avoid extra costs.This simple and compact machine, allows a single operator to realize the daily measurements really easily.
FEATURES OF THE DRUM WINDER

- Drum blocking cone for rapid clamping.
- Structure with n. 2 fix and n. 2 turnable wheels with brake
FEATURES OF THE MEASUREMENT DEVICE
- Measuring device for cables with diameter from to 1 up to 30mm (margin of error +/- 1/2%)
- Metric rubber coated wheel for a better grip and measurement.
- Mechanical meter counter with manual reset.
- Manual cable layering by using an side handle in compliance with accident prevention regulations.
CONTROL PANEL FEATURES
- Power supply 220V – 50HZ (Optional 380V).
- Speed variation from 0 up to 70 RPM.
- 0,37 Kw gear motor.
- Control panel integrated with control buttons, emergency button and signal lights.
- Electrical handle with start button (very practical because enable to control widing and layering simultaneously).
